Today we held our regular Tuesday CLEAR staff meeting. For the first time in a while the meeting wasn’t cancelled due to looming deadlines, stress, panic, conflicting meetings or anything else. Even in these social distancing times, everyone “made” it despite being all over the state, juggling households with small children, “distance learning” efforts, dogs and other distractions.
As we took our turns talking, I couldn’t help but notice that each of the nine Brady Bunch squares was filled with a smiling face who brings a unique skill set to the CLEAR bunch that, together, creates a mighty synergy. And some good entertainment! Like Dave periodically waving his arms (he blamed the light sensor), Cary handling little visitors (especially the one who liked to make faces in the camera), Amanda calmly keeping her little one quiet (impressive!), Mike lounging on his chair (?) and my giant-looking coffee mug (it’s the camera angle!). I felt such admiration for this crew who are all multi-tasking while remaining focused on projects and goals.
Keep up the good work all. I’m proud to be part of the bunch.
