State Office of GIS

The NEW! state of Connecticut GIS Office's mission is to improve coordination of geospatial data throughout the state. The aim is to ensure everyone has access to authoritative data sets. This includes executive agencies, research academics, regional planners, municipal governments, and more. Check out the new GeoData Portal for access to new and exciting datasets.

CT Environmental Conditions Online

Maps & Geospatial Data for Everyone

Statewide environmental and natural resource data including high resolution aerial imagery, statewide lidar elevation and related products. CT ECO data can be viewed in a variety of formats from static PDF maps and map viewers to GIS map and image services that can be used by GIS or CAD professionals in desktop software.

Connecticut Department of Energy & Environmental Protection

Downloadable statewide GIS data from CT DEEP in shapefiles and file geodatabase formats.

UConn CLEAR

CLEAR Imagery & Data

Featuring Connecticut's Changing Landscape data, 30 years of land cover and derived products for Connecticut. Also includes links to other data-related CLEAR products and information.

UConn MAGIC

UConn Map and Geographic Information Center (MAGIC)

The University of Connecticut's Map and Geographic Information Center provides digital access to historical maps, atlases, aerial photographs and geospatial data for Connecticut and the surrounding region.

DataHaven creates and shares information focused on Connecticut's town and neighborhood profiles in the form of published reports, maps, raw datasets, and external resources.

CT State Library

The Connecticut State Library holds a large collection of cartographic material, including maps, atlases, and gazetteers of Connecticut, its counties, regions, and local political units, New England, and other areas to and from which Connecticut people migrated.
