Workshops typically start at 9:00 AM. Technical assistance will be available 20 minutes before the start of a workshop if a participant needs help installing apps or setting up personal laptops. Guidance will be provided to participants after registering for a workshop.

Participants will receive a registration confirmation and course reminder by email 1-2 weeks prior to the training start date. Specific questions about a workshop should be directed to Cary Chadwick at (860) 345-4511. Payment questions may be directed to Maria Camara at (860) 345-4511.

Cancellation Policy

Payment must be received with your registration form. Your seat is not considered reserved until payment is received. A full refund will be issued if cancellation occurs more than 10 days prior to the training. If you cancel within 10 days of the start of a training and we are unable to fill your seat, we will not issue a refund.

Payment Options

Payment options include check (made out to the University of Connecticut), credit card (Mastercard, Visa or Discover), purchase order or transfer voucher. Workshops will be held in the large annex room on the south side of the building.

Bring Your Own Devices (BYODs)

Some workshops may be designated as a "Bring Your Own Device" workshop - meaning, participants are required to bring their own smartphone device and laptop. Loaner laptops will be available for use during workshops that are BYOD. Be sure to indicate on the registration form or via email prior to the class if you will need to borrow a laptop. All workshops that are BYOD will indicate this requirement in the workshop registration.
