There are three monitoring sites

(1) One is located upstream of campus on Eagleville Brook, (2) another is downstream of campus on Eagleville Brook, (3) and the other is at the exit point for Mirror Lake.

This project is overseen by Michael Dietz (Natural Resources and the Environment Department, CT Nonpoint Education for Municipal Officials program, UConn Extension), as part of the Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) monitoring for Eagleville Brook. More information about the TMDL can be found at the Impervious Cover TMDL website. Funding for the real time equipment was provided by CT Sea Grant and UConn Facilities.
