The meeting will cover Network business and updates from the Education, Standards and Communication Committees. User presentations and discussion at this meeting will focus on GIS education as well as the extensive GIS-based mapping requirements of the new MS4 (General Permit for Discharge of Stormwater from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer) permit being issued by the CT Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (CT DEEP) in 2017.
