George will introduce the new Master License Agreement now in place between the State of Connecticut and Geographic Data Technology (GDT). This agreement will allow state, regional, and local government agencies to use GDT's Dynamap/2000 road data product for little or no cost. George will also provide an overview of his office's operations and plans as they relate to E-911, geospatial data and GIS technology.
